The Sales Outfitter is responsible for providing world-class customer service by identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and assisting with buying decisions. They also maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, managing pricing and signing, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
Candidates must have at least a high school education or equivalent experience and the ability to operate a computerized point of sale system. The role requires the physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 100 pounds, and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
