The Senior Flow Cytometry Specialist is responsible for driving sales through lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and conducting product demonstrations. They also provide technical support, mentor other specialists, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and existing customers.
Candidates must have a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. and three to five years of equipment sales experience in life sciences, preferably in flow cytometry. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally are required.
Your Role:
Working independently or with technical sales representatives, the Senior Flow Cytometry Specialist will be primarily responsible for sales through lead generation activities, funnel management, qualification, and providing demos.

Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This job is performed in a variety of facilities. Each person performing this job must have a home office environment, which is temperature controlled. This job requires the person to be mobile to visit customer sites. Due to the travel requirements, this position may be exposed to natural elements of nature.
The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $120,485.00/year-$141,747.00/yr reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.
In addition to the base salary, the role is also eligible to participate in our broader compensation package, which includes performance-based incentives. The total compensation of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or car allowance.
