Responsibilities
Accountable for creating, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions that provide operational stability and seamless business continuity.
Responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that provide consistent, delightful experiences.
Engages in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept/design to development to delivery and post-launch support.
Collaborates with product partners and business stakeholders to grasp project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software solutions which align with team strategies, standards, and guardrails.
Performs code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards, provides constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in STEM, a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of Software Engineering Experience.
Proven experience in software engineering, preferably with proficiency in C#, .NET, PowerShell scripting, T-SQL, Azure Cloud Platforms (or equivalent cloud technologies), Azure DevOps, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Experience working closely with DevOps/DevSecOps teams.
Strong foundation in CI/CD Engineering.
Able to coordinate and mentor cross-team projects and development
