Unlike traditional production environments, our operation manufactures engineered-to-order products that require close review of prints and specifications at each step of the process. The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring safe operations, quality standards, employee development, and delivering production objectives. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a highly technical, custom manufacturing environment where attention to detail, safety, quality, and employee development are essential to success.
