Relevant du gestionnaire de l’expérience client, le titulaire du poste est responsable de diriger les activités quotidiennes de l’équipe Expérience client afin de veiller à ce que les clients reçoivent un soutien rapide, précis, professionnel et axé sur les solutions. Ce rôle assure le suivi de l’atteinte des niveaux de service en matière de délais de réponse, de réactivité, de qualité des communications et d’exactitude de l’information, tout en développant les compétences de l’équipe et en mettant en œuvre des améliorations de processus visant à accroître l’efficacité, la constance et la satisfaction de la clientèle.
RESPONSABILITÉS
Assurer les activités quotidiennes de l’équipe Expérience client, notamment la planification des ressources, l’équilibrage de la charge de travail, le suivi des files d’attente, l’établissement des priorités et la résolution des problèmes quotidiens.
Établir et maintenir des normes élevées en matière de communication avec les clients en veillant à l’exactitude, à la clarté, à l’exhaustivité et au professionnalisme des communications.
Accompagner les employés dans le développement de leurs compétences en communication efficace et en résolution de problèmes.
Identifier les lacunes dans les processus et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pratiques aux flux de travail, aux outils et aux systèmes, en s’appuyant sur les données ainsi que sur les commentaires des employés et des clients, et en collaborant avec la direction de l’Expérience client et les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles afin d’améliorer l’efficacité, la constance, les délais de réponse et l’expérience client globale.
Diriger, encadrer, mobiliser et développer les membres de l’équipe Expérience client, notamment par la rétroaction sur la performance, le soutien à la formation et la planification du développement individuel.
Soutenir l’équipe des ventes externes dans la mise en œuvre des priorités d’affaires.
Veiller à ce que les exigences opérationnelles et fonctionnelles soient intégrées aux processus de service à la clientèle.
Améliorer continuellement les méthodes de collecte et d’utilisation des commentaires des clients afin de créer une expérience client simple et sans effort.
Développer au sein de l’équipe des comportements axés sur le client et proactifs, ainsi que de solides relations avec la clientèle.
QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en supervision de spécialistes du soutien à la clientèle.
Orientation processus et capacité à assurer l’amélioration continue.
Leadership démontré en matière d’accompagnement, de développement et d’influence.
Solides compétences analytiques et bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP, CRM et de Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale, sensibilité interculturelle, adaptabilité et capacité à accompagner le changement.
Esprit de croissance, excellentes aptitudes à établir des relations, sens des responsabilités, rigueur dans le suivi, orientation proactive vers les solutions et excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.

It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor, based out of our Canadian headquarters in Laval, QC. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this position is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Customer Experience team to ensure customers receive timely, accurate, professional and solution-oriented support. This role manages service level attainment across response time, responsiveness, communication quality and information accuracy, while also developing team capability and executing process improvements that improve efficiency, consistency and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Run day-to-day customer experience operations, including resource planning, workload balancing, queue monitoring, prioritization and daily issue resolution.
Establish and reinforce high standards for customer communication by ensuring accuracy, clarity, completeness and professionalism.
Coaching employees on effective communication and problem-solving.
Identify process gaps and execute practical improvements to workflows, tools, and systems, leveraging data and employee/customer feedback while partnering with customer experience leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, consistency, response times and overall customer experience.
Lead, coach, motivate and develop Customer Experience team members, including performance feedback, training support and individual development planning.
Supports the external sales organization in executing business priorities.
Ensures business and functional requirements are incorporated into customer service processes.
Continuously improves methods for collecting and using customer feedback to create an effortless customer experience.
Develops customer-oriented, proactive team behavior and strong customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum 3 years of experience leading customer support specialists.
Process orientation and continuous improvement capability.
Demonstrated leadership impact through coaching, development and influencing.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of ERPs, CRMs and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
High level of written and spoken communication, intercultural sensitivity, adaptability and change leadership.
