Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing equipment and production systems. Provide technical guidance to technicians while performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
Requires a technical or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field with over 7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience and advanced skills in PLC-controlled automation and industrial systems.
