Position Summary: Accurately picking and fulfilling customer orders, Maintaining product presentation, and creating an appealing industrial shopping environment that drives customer engagement and sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Accurately pull and stage customer orders, will-call pickups, and internal requests

– Read and interpret pick tickets, order sheets, or digital work orders

– Locate items in the showroom, warehouse, or stock room

– Verify pulled items against order documentation to ensure accuracy before release

– Package, wrap, or palletize orders as needed to ensure safe handling

– Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or substitution needs to the sales or management team

– Update inventory or order management systems upon order completion

– Maintain a clean and organized picking area for efficient workflow

– Prioritize orders based on urgency, delivery schedules, or customer wait time

– Stock or replenish products on showroom floor and display fixtures

– Set up and dismantle promotional displays, signage, and seasonal setups

– Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management

– Keep aisles, displays, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe

– Conduct regular floor walks to identify and correct merchandising gaps

– Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory

– Assists with customer support to walk in customers in the showroom

– Observes all safety procedures, rules and regulations, and instruction in performance of job duties.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

– Must possess basic math skills, computer skills and the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.

– Must be self-motivated with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to read instruction and able to match product numbers and products

– Ability to be reliable, punctual, and detail oriented

– Positive, customer-friendly attitude

Level of Education and Experience:

– Must have a high school diploma or equivalency

– A minimum of six-months of warehouse experience or working in an ISO environment is preferred.

– Prior retail, stocking, order picking, or customer service is preferred

Frequency

– Constant: standing, walking, lifting <25 lbs., carrying <25 lbs., seeing and hearing

– Frequent: lifting 25 to 50 lbs., carrying 25 to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling, bending and twisting at the waist, kneeling, squatting and crouching

– Occasional: driving a forklift, lifting >50 lbs., carrying >50 lbs., climbing stairs, climbing ladders, reaching above shoulder, repetitive hand and arm movement, talking

- Works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.

- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.
