The CIP Specialist determines the appropriate process to use, monitors the clean in place (CIP) process, clean out of place process (COP), records process parameters and communicates the required timing of CIP cycles with the Blending and Operations teams. This position reports directly to the Quality Control & Sanitation Manager.
