The Warehouse Supervisor manages daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and equipment maintenance. They are also responsible for supervising production staff, establishing work schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments and proven leadership skills. A minimum of one year of college or trade school education and a Forklift Trainer certification are required.

Assigns and coordinates the activities of production workers and flow of material to ensure customers receive orders timely by contributing warehousing information to strategic plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, customer-service, safety, security, and health standards; resolving problems and identifying system improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
Directs the work of hourly employees in the warehouse. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1+ year(s) of college or trade/technical school required
2+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook required
2 years of experience successfully leading, motivating and coaching a production team required
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse required
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
