The team you will join
At iChoosr, you will join a passionate team of 165 individuals who take ownership, build long-term relationships, and drive change. Your colleagues work across the US, Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, and Japan.

Washington, D.C. This role will require 3 days per week at iChoosr’s Washington, D.C. office in Dupont Circle.
Job description
In partnership with national nonprofits and local governments, iChoosr runs group purchase programs in 10+ states (and expanding) through its Switch Together programs. We have helped thousands of residents to go solar and purchase other clean energy installations, such as batteries, EV chargers, and heat pumps.
As Associate Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in helping iChoosr’s US installer management team scale up its operations through 2026 and beyond. This role has the opportunity for continued, long-term growth within the US installer team. From the jump, you’ll have exposure to the iChoosr model, the technical knowledge of our business lines, and proximity to strategy discussions, as well as external engagement with installers and growth partners, establishing the long-term respect and rapport that will advance you along your career path at iChoosr.
The US installer management team acquires, vets, and manages a national network of solar, heat pump, and other clean energy/efficiency installers, ensuring they deliver on their obligations to help as many residents electrify their homes as possible. We are looking for a savvy, enterprising, and meticulous teammate to bolster our operations in the short-term and help us to scale in the long-term.
