The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of plant equipment to ensure reliability and maximize output. This role also involves managing outside contractors and providing project management support for facility upgrades.
Candidates need an Associate's degree or technical certificate and at least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment. Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, as well as the ability to lift 50 pounds, is required.

The Lead Maintenance Technician provides expertise for equipment installation, start-up and maintenance of plant equipment. This position also manages outside vendor relationships and provides project management support to maintenance projects.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.
