Specific responsibilities include:
All aspects of project management for assigned campaigns, including but not limited to:
Schedule building
Intent Owner communication
Leading status meetings/office hours
Providing progress updates
Fulfillment tasks
Collaborate with intent owners to refine intent prior to kick-off
Deliver well-managed campaign execution and support audits and exams as needed
Enabling associates to deliver their best work across creative, digital, and segmentation builds
Gathering data and metrics to inform team reporting
Characteristics we’re looking for:

Ability to proactively identify impediments on the critical path and remove them
Excellent communication skills to engage intent owners across a variety of levels and experience
A structured problem-solving approach to help a team work through a wide range of issues
Ability to multi-task and manage several initiatives simultaneously

Desire to collaborate across component teams and organization structures to influence core needs

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project ManagerNew York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 for Sr. Project ManagerRichmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
