Translate portfolio strategy into an executable product roadmap that delivers measurable customer and business value.
Own the product lifecycle from discovery and validation through delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization.

Continuously evaluate delivered capabilities using customer feedback, product analytics, and business metrics to improve product performance.
Cross-Portfolio Leadership
Partner with Product Portfolio Managers across Safety, Risk, Quality, and Environmental portfolios to identify critical workflows and deliver a cohesive mobile experience.
Influence product direction across multiple teams by building alignment around customer needs, platform capabilities, and long-term product health.
Collaborate with shared development teams to maximize the value of cross-portfolio investments.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, planning, execution, and release readiness.
Partner closely with Engineering and UX to define scalable solutions while making informed tradeoff decisions between customer value, technical complexity, and delivery speed.
Create clarity in ambiguous situations, proactively identify risks, and drive informed decisions that maintain delivery momentum.
Influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM teams and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
Business Outcomes
Own the success of the mobile product by defining measurable success metrics and continuously improving customer adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact.
Leverage AI throughout the product lifecycle to accelerate discovery, improve decision quality, streamline product delivery, and enhance customer value.
Monitor product performance and use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform future product decisions.
Ensure product investments deliver measurable value while contributing to overall portfolio performance.

Serve as the mobile product authority across the organization.
Model sound product judgment, accountability, and customer-centric decision making.
Coach peers, share product management best practices, and elevate product excellence across the Product organization.
Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and outcome-based product management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or equivalent experience
5+ years of Product Management experience delivering SaaS products, with mobile product experience preferred
Demonstrated ownership of a strategic product or platform capability from discovery through measurable customer outcomes
