The HR Generalist will support recruiting, onboarding, and training activities while partnering with leadership to manage employee relations and performance. They are responsible for ensuring policy compliance, conducting wage surveys, and facilitating company culture initiatives at the facility level.

Position Overview:
Imagine being at the heart of our growth story, where your role as an HR Generalist is crucial in shaping the next chapter of our success. You'll be the trusted guide who helps our local teams navigate through the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly growing business landscape through on-site HR visibility. You'll weave together strategic insight and empathetic partnership to build an environment where customer satisfaction thrives, and our people excel.
Work Location: Henrico, Virginia
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with 1 late day per week (12pm-8:30pm)
Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $70,000 - $80,000 plus yearly bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
