The Manager, Global People Operations will lead the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of global HR operations, ensuring consistent and scalable support across the employee lifecycle. This role oversees a small HR operations team, manages HR systems and data integrity, and collaborates across departments to strengthen service delivery.
Candidates must have 6+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related functions, with at least 2 years of people management experience. Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of employment laws and compliance are required.

Pay Transparency: This position is not based in any specific Company office or geographical location in the United States. As such, the Company is considering applicants who reside anywhere in the United States.
The general salary range for this position in the United States is $126K to $140K. An individual's particular compensation will be determined by the Company, in its sole discretion, in light of the individual's geographical location, education, training, and/or experience. The Manager, Global People Operations will lead the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of global HR Operations, ensuring employees receive accurate, consistent, and scalable support across the employee lifecycle. This role oversees a small HR Operations team, supports HR systems and data integrity, drives process improvements, and partners across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and business teams to strengthen service delivery and the employee experience.
