Requires an associate degree and at least two years of Human Resource experience, with a preference for a bachelor's degree and benefits-specific experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of federal and state regulations like ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA is essential.

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $27.41/hr - $31.25/hr
