The Operations Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the leadership team by coordinating activities across multiple departments including HR, payroll, and quality assurance. This role ensures administrative processes are completed accurately to enable leaders to focus on client service and business performance.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of administrative experience in operations, HR, or payroll. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational and communication skills are required for this role.
