Requires NICET IV certification or equivalent and at least 6 years of experience in bridge construction inspection. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management is preferred, along with ACI and OSHA 10 certifications.

Prudent Engineering is seeking Construction Resident Engineer (RE) with bridge experience for position(s) in Syracuse, NY starting July 2026. Construction Resident Engineer is responsible for overseeing and inspecting bridge construction projects at various stages to ensure compliance with project plans, project specifications and regulations.
Hours of Work: Same as Contractor’s hours, typically 7:00am-3:30pm with OT potential
