Schedule: Full-time schedule Monday - Friday 40hrs, flexible, and the Part-time, is 25hrs, 5 hours a day flexible.
Salary: $20 to $22/hr

Coordinate and identify services that will provide eligible clients the ability to develop skills that will increase access to and retention in medical care; and establish the foundation that will allow them to achieve and maintain stable, independent housing within Monroe and surrounding Finger Lakes Counties.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in health, Education, or Human Services and at least two years of experience with HIV/AIDS, chemical dependency, or mental illness. OR Associates degree in Health or Human Services and at least 3 years’ experience with HIV/AIDS chemical dependency, or mental illness. A combination of education and experience will be considered at the discretion of the Director. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for some positions. If position requires bilingual skills to be used, additional compensation will be offered.
