Le coordonnateur des pièces et du service est responsable de la coordination des commandes de pièces, de la planification des rendez-vous de service, de la gestion de l'inventaire, de la rédaction des ordres de travail et d'assurer une communication fluide entre clients, techniciens et fournisseurs.
Ce que tu vas faire
Gérez les relations clients pour le service en recevant des appels téléphoniques et des courriels et en faisant un suivi auprès des clients pour fournir des mises à jour sur le service et les pièces
Ordres de travail ouverts et fermés en accord avec les délais des procédures internes
Préparez et présentez des devis
Modifier et mettre à jour tous les bons de travail pour assurer la capture à 100% de tous les éléments facturables
Assistance à l'expédition et à la réception des commandes de pièces
Inventaire complet et comptages cycliques au besoin
Mettre à jour les ordres de travail avec les informations appropriées sur les pièces
Créer des bons d'achat pour des clients externes
Fournir un soutien supplémentaire aux départements des pièces et du service au besoin
Résoudre et/ou escalader les préoccupations des clients et maintenir des relations positives avec la clientèle

Ce que tu apportes
3+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle de technicien de pièces ou de rédacteur de service dans un environnement de concessionnaire d'équipement lourd (expérience de conseiller en pièces ou de service)
Expérience dans la préparation de devis et l'ouverture/clôture des ordres de travail
Expérience avec la suite MS Office, avec un accent sur Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook
Une aptitude mécanique ou une exposition préalable à un environnement de travail d'équipement lourd est un atout
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
Capacité à organiser, multitâcher et planifier efficacement le travail
Attitude positive et collaborative
Bonne communication verbale et écrite, avec de solides compétences en service à la clientèle
Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est un atout
Exigences supplémentaires

About the Role
The Parts and Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating parts orders, scheduling service appointments, maintaining inventory, writing work orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, technicians, and vendors.
What You’ll Do
Manage customer relations for the service department by receiving phone calls and emails and following up with customers to provide status updates on Service and Parts
Open and close work orders in alignment with internal procedure timelines
Prepare and present quotes
Edit and update all work orders to ensure 100% capture of all billable items
Assist in shipping and receiving of parts orders
Complete inventory and cycle counts as needed
Update work orders with appropriate part information
Create purchase orders for external customers
Provide additional support to Parts and Service departments as required
Resolve and/or escalate customer concerns and maintain positive customer relations

What You Bring
3+ years’ experience in a Parts Technician or Service Writer role within a Heavy Equipment Dealership environment (Parts Advisor or Service Advisor experience)
Experience preparing quotes and opening/ closing work orders
Experience with MS Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to a heavy equipment work environment is an asset
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize, multitask and plan work efficiently
Positive and collaborative attitude
Good verbal and written communication, with strong customer service skills
Bilingual in French and English an asset
Additional Requirements
