Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary delivery contact for government customers and strategic partners
Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout implementation

Change Management & Adoption
Drive customer readiness activities including stakeholder alignment, process redesign support, training coordination, and end-user adoption
Help customers successfully navigate organizational and operational change associated with digital transformation initiatives
Delivery Operations & Continuous Improvement
Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies
Ensure project milestones and customer acceptance criteria are completed to support invoicing and revenue recognition
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, implementation methodologies, and operational processes
Manage multiple concurrent projects across the United States, Canada and Australia
Required Experience
8+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or program delivery within a customer-facing technology environment
Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS, software implementation, or digital transformation projects
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams and seniority levels
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and competing priorities
Experience working closely with technical, product, and engineering teams
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones and distributed teams
Preferred Experience
Experience working with local or state government agencies, public-sector organizations or regulated industries
Experience supporting organizational change management or large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with US public-sector procurement, governance, compliance or technology implementation environments
Experience within GovTech, PropTech, civic technology, urban planning, infrastructure or smart-city environments
Knowledge of permitting, planning, development or land-use processes is considered a strong advantage
Education & Certifications
