Role Details
Work Location – North York, ON
Shift/Hours – Thursday, Friday, Saturday night 6pm-6am with additional rotation of Sunday night 6pm-6am every 4th week.
The full base salary range for this position is from $82,800.00- $92,000.00 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity
The Manufacturing Supervisor is a full-time position located at one of our Bottling Production Facilities. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Manufacturing Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities within the Production department, while working in close collaboration with the members of the QA and Maintenance Teams as required.
Responsibilities
Staff, train, supervise, develop, and evaluate team members.
Provide a safe work environment by having regular Safety crew talks promoting safety policies and guidelines.
Manage daily production-related activities of the team in a unionized environment, with a focus on Syrup Room Management, including batching and kitting processes, as well as all related ingredient and raw material management activities
Monitor and track day to day activities, downtimes/detractors and losses to develop action plans and processes to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement
The role will also require oversight and Management of the posted Sanitation associates, including the Management and execution of the plant’s Sanitation Program
Ensuring daily tasks and procedures are followed safely and correctly.
Reviews of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), including preparing SPLs, implementing corrective measures, preparation, and presentation of RCAs to the team, as required.
Ensure proper transfer of information between the shifts and departments.
Comply with all Company/Plant policies and Regulatory guidelines including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), American Institute of Banking (AIB), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Quality and Safety Standards.
Ability to adjust shift start time, as required, to support the Business needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent required.
1-3 years of supervisory experience is required.
Basic knowledge of Sanitation methods
Preference given to applicants with experience in the Food Industry.
Excellent general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), SAP experience an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Highly detailed problem-solving approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines
