The Batching Operator is responsible for mixing raw materials to produce sauces and condiments while following strict formulas and food safety standards. Key duties include operating HMI systems, performing CIP cleaning, and coordinating with material handlers to maintain an efficient station.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in food manufacturing and a high school diploma. Proficiency in interpreting HMI systems and the ability to lift up to 50lbs are required.

The Batching Operator follows all batching processes, which include interpreting formulas, mass ingredient measurement and product mixing on multiple batching stations. The Batching Operator follows all customer specifications and food safety standards and health and safety practices according to Company standards.
