The Site Maintenance Leader manages daily shift activities, troubleshoots and repairs production equipment, and leads the maintenance team. They are responsible for executing preventative maintenance programs and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Candidates should have 3-4 years of manufacturing experience and hold a Millwright 433A or Electrician 442A license. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and computer skills are required to manage team performance and maintenance operations.
The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day activities of the shift Mechanics. You will support and improve maintenance operations by becoming the technical expert on all the production equipment for your site. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, and lead by example.
Pay Rate: $49.15/hour plus $1 premium for night hours and $2 premium for weekend hours.
