Provide hands-on leadership to production crews and team leaders to ensure schedules are met safely and on time. Coordinate department schedules and manpower while enforcing quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requires 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food or bakery, with demonstrated leadership and motivational skills. Must have working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and OHSA regulations.
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing – Indirect, this role is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier selection and onboarding, RFx management (RFI/RFQ/RFP), contract negotiations, and supplier performance management across indirect spend categories. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop strategic partnerships, drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and support operational excellence across multiple manufacturing facilities.
