Participate in the cheese manufacturing process while ensuring equipment is properly operated, cleaned, and maintained. Collaborate closely with cheesemakers to ensure all products meet company quality and safety standards.
Candidates must be available to work all shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. A good physical condition and knowledge of HACCP standards are required for this role.
