Operate and maintain automatically fired boilers, HVAC, and ammonia refrigeration systems to ensure maximum production quality. Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting while adhering to safety, food safety, and environmental protocols.
Requires a high school diploma and specialized vocational training or apprenticeship in maintenance mechanics or boiler operation. A minimum of three years of experience in boiler operations and proficiency with hand and power tools is required.
