À titre d’analyste financier, vous agissez comme partenaire financier des équipes d’opérations. Vous contribuez à l’analyse des résultats financiers, au suivi de la performance de production et à l’optimisation des processus décisionnels de l’usine.
Préparer et analyser les résultats financiers mensuels (main-d’œuvre, frais généraux de fabrication, inventaires, matières premières)
Contribuer à l’élaboration des budgets de l’usine, assurer le suivi des heures travaillées et analyser les écarts
Maintenir à jour les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et en assurer la fiabilité
Soutenir les équipes de l’usine dans leurs besoins financiers (analyses de projets, rapports mensuels, demandes ponctuelles)
Collaborer étroitement avec le contrôleur dans divers mandats financiers et opérationnels
Participer activement à des projets d’amélioration continue, notamment en automatisation, optimisation et harmonisation des outils financiers
Ce que nous recherchons pour livrer ces résultats :
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires – option comptabilité
Titre CPA (obtenu ou en voie d’obtention)
3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, idéalement en milieu manufacturier et/ou en prix de revient
Expérience avec un système ERP (SAP : un atout important)
Excellentes compétences avancées en Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonctions avancées, Power Query – un atout)
