As a Mid-Market Account Executive on our dynamic Mexico Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Deliverect's growth by acquiring key mid-market restaurant clients and expanding our footprint in the region. Your primary focus will be on signing up Mexico's most important mid-market restaurants, directly contributing to our market leadership and the team's objectives over the next 6-12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact, build influential relationships with key stakeholders, and drive our mission forward in a rapidly evolving market.
\nWhat you will do:
Win and close key mid-market restaurant accounts through a full-cycle sales approach by managing commercial deals from first contact to contract signature (approx. 30% of time).
Engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face visits to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (approx. 25% of time).
Build a consistent pipeline of opportunities and convert them into successful deals to directly drive regional revenue growth (approx. 20% of time).
Conduct current state versus future state analyses to identify prospect needs and effectively demonstrate Deliverect's value proposition through creative problem-solving (approx. 10% of time).
Handle objections with resilience and strategic thinking throughout the sales cycle to maximize closing probability (approx. 5% of time).
Work closely with the Partnerships team to channel their leads through your sales funnel and bring them to activation readiness (approx. 5% of time).
Perform a smooth handover of newly signed clients to the Implementation Consultants team to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction (approx. 3% of time).
Consistently apply CRM processes to ensure clear communication, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management (approx. 2% of time).
At least 3 years of experience in a full sales cycle, new business acquisition role within the Food Tech or SaaS sector, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to effectively engage, influence, and build relationships with C-Level and Director-level executives.
Proactive mindset in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supported by strong business development acumen, a competitive drive, and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with resilience and a proactive outbound mentality.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and navigate commercial challenges effectively.
High motivation, seeking a formative opportunity with the drive and energy to exceed objectives without being deterred by potential setbacks.
Background or experience in the F&B industry, particularly with POS systems or online ordering platforms, is a significant advantage.
An existing network of customers and relationships within the F&B or tech industry in Mexico is a plus.
