The Assistant Director provides individual and group career advising to undergraduate students while collaborating with the Center for Career Development team to build integrated career strategies. They also act as an industry liaison, managing employer relationships and delivering educational programs to support student internship and job search success.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate or higher education environments. Strong communication, presentation, and technology skills are required, along with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to career development.

Must have strong technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK
Requires work onsite a minimum of 3 days a week; the on-campus requirement is subject to modification based on organizational need.
Evenings (average of 1/month) and occasional weekends.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS YOU MAY HAVE
This is an exempt position with the following pay range: $72,689 - $80,766 depending on the candidate’s experience; the role is also eligible for bonuses based on performance and budget.
