Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience with various commercial roofing systems and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to climb ladders up to 60 feet and lift 100 pounds, along with strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

This position is ideal for an experienced roofer who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys leading people, and wants direct ownership of jobsite success.
As a Roofing Production Foreman, you are the daily driver of production, safety, and quality on the roof. You work closely with Construction Managers, Quality Control, and field crews to keep projects on schedule, maintain high workmanship standards, and deliver a finished product that meets or exceeds expectations.
