The Construction Management Specialist leads and manages site construction and commissioning staff while monitoring project progress, costs, safety, and quality. They are responsible for developing work plans, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all field operations adhere to project requirements and safety standards.
Candidates must have 7–12 years of relevant construction management experience, specifically in T&D transmission, substation, or industrial construction. A bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Position Overview:
The Construction Management Specialist will work closely with all project team members and closely supervise all contractor and sub-contractor trade employees. Our Construction Managers must be highly organized, communicate effectively, work well with a team, and help ensure timely completion of projects in fast-paced environments. This is a traveling Construction Management position supporting project work across multiple sites. The successful candidate will move from site to site, with typical project assignments lasting about 3–9 months, and may occasionally travel to other locations for a few days to support additional projects.
