Independently perform in-field diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment using a mobile service vehicle. Act as a dealership representative by providing service solutions and maintaining thorough documentation of all work performed.
Requires 5+ years of experience in service repairs with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for heavy equipment. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, while an associate degree and CDL are preferred.

Purpose
Independently perform in-field equipment diagnostics and repairs by operating a mobile service vehicle and traveling to customer locations. Candidates require a strong work ethic to complete a task efficiently with minimal supervision. Individual will serve as an in-field representative for the dealership to provide service solutions. Communication skills required to clearly articulate aspects of work being performed to a customer in a courteous and effective manner.
