Fortis Industries LLC is a strategic advisory firm supporting government contractors at the point where growth, bidding, and market-entry decisions begin to carry meaningful risk.
The firm works with organizations that have achieved early success and are entering a more complex phase of expansion — where increased bid volume, new markets, and partnership decisions can quietly dilute focus or introduce downstream exposure if not carefully assessed.
Fortis is engaged as an external decision partner when leadership needs to slow the process just enough to think clearly about what to pursue, what to pass on, and where growth creates unnecessary risk. The work sits upstream of traditional business development activities, before significant time, capital, and reputation are committed.
Typical engagements involve pressure-testing go/no-go decisions, market entry assumptions, win themes, and partner strategy during periods of transition, scale, or heightened competitive pressure. Fortis does not manage pipelines or execute proposals; the focus is decision discipline, coherence, and strategic clarity.
The objective is not short-term wins, but decisions leadership teams can stand behind months later. Fortis works discreetly on a project or retainer basis, offering practical, experience-grounded support informed by how government contracting actually functions in practice.
