The Solutions Engineer will design and document custom low-voltage security systems while providing technical support during the sales and quoting process. They will also collaborate with field teams and partners to ensure project requirements are met and designs are implemented correctly.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in the commercial electronic security industry and strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to navigate job sites and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Solutions Engineer with expertise in the low voltage physical security industry to join our Dallas team. At Digi, our Solutions Engineers translate customer requirements into detailed, code-compliant, profitable low-voltage systems designs and provide the technical backbone to every sale. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of low voltage systems, particularly in CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to apply technical knowledge to customer needs. This individual must have an expert background in the components of Access Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems and at least five (5) years of experience working in the commercial security systems field.
