The Commissioning Manager will lead end-to-end commissioning delivery for mission-critical data center electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution of all commissioning phases. They are responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team, managing client relationships, and ensuring all systems meet safety and contract-compliant turnover standards.
Candidates must have 8+ years of commissioning experience on mission-critical data center electrical systems and proficiency in managing Levels 1-5 commissioning. An associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is required, along with strong technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure and commissioning software.

Loenbro, LLC seeks an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning for mission-critical data center electrical projects based in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. The Commissioning Manager will own end-to-end commissioning delivery (Level 1–5), establish a scalable Cx program, manage teams and third-party agents, and act as the primary client-facing commissioning authority to ensure reliable, safe, and contract-compliant turnover of electrical and integrated systems.
