Generate new residential roofing leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals. Manage the client relationship through the project lifecycle, including facilitating insurance claims and collaborating with internal teams.
Candidates must have prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude. Ability to travel locally within the DFW area is required.
We are looking for driven Residential Roofing Salesmen to join our team at Mastercraft Roofing and Construction! Prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude are required. We have six positions available in our residential department and two positions available for commercial roof repair technicians . Our in house project management and operations team will provide support with material ordering and project scheduling for both departments.
Commission only position to start. Performance will be evaluated after 30-60 days of employment. Based on performance and achievement of goals, compensation and advancement opportunities may be reviewed.
