The Managing Director will originate, close, and steward new ultra-high-net-worth investor relationships to expand the firm's capital base. They will build a proprietary pipeline, structure investment vehicles, and deliver a white-glove experience to ensure long-term partnership growth.
Candidates must have 10-15+ years of experience in capital raising or private wealth with a proven track record of sourcing UHNW relationships. A portable network of principals and family offices is essential, along with deep fluency in real estate investment structures.
