The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the repair and upkeep of physical plant facilities, including preventive maintenance and system inspections. They also coordinate with outside contractors and assist with client move-ins and move-outs.
Candidates must have mechanical ability and knowledge of heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds are required.

Function: Repairs and maintains physical plant facilities.
Reports to: Facilities Manager
Location: Queens Village (Queens)
Schedule: Tuesdays through Saturdays (8:00am-4:00pm)
Requirements
Mechanical ability and experience. Knowledge of heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems. Proficient with power and hand tools. Able to lift at least 50 pounds, move furniture, carry equipment and climb stairs with ease. Knowledge of Department of Building and Sanitation codes. Certifications/licenses preferred. Ability to work well with others. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Valid driver’s license.
Salary: $57,682 plus generous benefits
