The Service Manager supervises maintenance staff and oversees the repair and upkeep of property buildings and mechanical systems. They are responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, facility cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in property maintenance and proficiency in a specific trade. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of building mechanical systems are required, with familiarity in Yardi or Realpage software considered a plus.

The Service Manager manages and supervises the repair and maintenance of property buildings. They ensure the timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep of Fairstead’s property to ensure operational effectiveness. The Service Manager oversees operational efficiency of all electrical equipment and mechanical systems through inspection and repair and ensure that property’s premises and facilities are kept clean and hygienic in alignment with Fairstead safety policies and standards.
