The Community Manager oversees day-to-day property operations, ensuring strict adherence to HUD, Fair Housing, and ADA compliance. They are responsible for rent collection, tenant relations, maintenance supervision, and overall property performance.
Candidates need at least three years of management experience and certifications such as COS, CPO, or TCS. Proficiency in affordable housing regulations, EIV, and property management software like Yardi or Realpage is preferred.
