Candidates must have 1-2 years of recent experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license, with a CDL strongly preferred. Proven expertise in climbing skills, pruning techniques, and the ability to perform rigorous physical labor in various weather conditions are required.

The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.
