The Facilities Maintenance Technician 3 is responsible for performing and leading engineering projects, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. They will also conduct routine inspections, manage small construction tasks, and ensure the resort's facilities meet safety and guest experience standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience in a resort or commercial setting. A valid driver's license, CPO license, and Universal EPA HVAC license are required for this role.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician 3 to join our dynamic Resort Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the resort's facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding to guest requests with efficiency and professionalism.
