The Inside Sales Representative will assist the branch by managing customer communications, processing orders, and troubleshooting issues. They are also responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities, maintaining inventory records, and performing various administrative tasks.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in an industrial environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work rotating Saturdays are required.
