The Communications Manager owns all internal messaging across the Bishop network to keep a distributed workforce aligned with strategy and culture. This includes creating content across multiple channels, measuring engagement, and leveraging AI to scale communication efforts.
Requires 5-7 years of experience in internal or corporate communications with a strong portfolio of business copywriting and video production skills. Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to travel 10-25% of the time are essential.

As the company scales, clear and consistent internal communication is mission-critical to keeping every branch and team aligned, informed, and engaged.
The Manager, Communications owns all internal communications across the Bishop network. This person partners with leaders company-wide to collect, prioritize, create, distribute, and measure the messages that keep our growing workforce connected to strategy, operations, and culture. It is a hands-on, high-output role for a builder — a strong writer and producer who is equally comfortable setting strategy and shipping the work. Initially an individual-contributor position, it offers the opportunity to shape and grow the internal communications function as the platform expands.
