Tishman Speyer creates vibrant destinations and dynamic environments that inspire innovation and connected communities. As a diversified developer, operator, and investment manager of top-tier real estate in 33 markets across the globe, our business choices are driven by the belief that real estate should unlock human potential. Tishman Speyer’s diversified portfolio spans market rate and affordable residential communities, premier office properties and retail spaces, industrial facilities, and mixed-use campuses. We create state-of-the-art life science centers through our Breakthrough Properties joint venture, and foster innovation through our strategic proptech investments. By combining global perspective with local expertise, and a personalized approach, we are able to anticipate our customers’ evolving needs. We were the first real estate company to introduce asset-wide amenity services through our ZO platform, and the first traditional real estate company to create its own flexible space and coworking brand, Studio.
Since our founding in 1978, Tishman Speyer has acquired, developed, and operated 576 properties, totaling 233 million square feet, with a combined value of over $131 billion (U.S.). Tishman Speyer currently has approximately $65 billion in assets under management, including iconic properties such as New York City's Rockefeller Center, São Paulo's Torre Norte, The Springs in Shanghai, Paris Bourse in Paris and Frankfurt’s OpernTurm and TaunusTurm.

Work collaboratively with business leaders across multiple geographies to understand their needs, address concerns, and build buy-in for procurement initiatives and strategic sourcing changes
Category Strategy & Supplier Partnerships
Develop and implement category strategies for TSP Corporate goods and services, with a focus on identifying long-term value creation opportunities beyond cost reduction, including service quality, innovation, and strategic alignment with business objectives
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships through the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program, establishing partnerships that drive mutual value and support TSP's long-term procurement goals
Conduct strategic sourcing activities to optimize supplier performance, achieve meaningful cost savings, and strengthen competitive positioning
Procurement Modernization
Own the maintenance, enhancement, and organization-wide adoption of the bid-to-contract procurement tool, managing change management across functions and driving modernization of procurement processes and practices
Drive adoption and training initiatives to ensure effective tool utilization across the organization and maximize value from technology investments
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Actively manage the Procurement capability within TSP with primary goals of improving supplier performance, managing supplier relationships, and strengthening compliance to a rigorous sourcing process
Manage the request for proposal (RFP), bid issuance/bid submission, bid leveling, award, and contracting processes within Property Operations and TSP Corporate, ensuring strict adherence across the organization with clear rationale for business awards
Negotiate and execute contracts and purchase orders to support business needs
Establish and maintain measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) for all levels of procurement activities, to include supplier performance, supplier quality, internal order placement performance, and annualized savings on service contracts
Promote the use of existing procurement standard operating procedures and continuously identify areas for process improvement to ensure consistent adherence to standards
Adhere to policies (e.g., code of ethics), regulations, and laws (federal, state, and local) to ensure that organizational behavior is honest, ethical, and professional
Establish, implement, and enforce periodic reporting requirements to related Tishman Speyer management team
