The Assistant Program Director manages daily facility operations and provides group living arrangements for individuals discharged from inpatient hospitalization. Key duties include supervising staff, developing clinical service plans, and providing crisis intervention and counseling to residents.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and at least two years of supervisory experience are required. Experience working with homeless populations and those with mental illness is essential.
The Assistant Program Director provides group living arrangements for individuals that are discharged from impatient hospitalization and assists the Program Director in the daily operation of the facility delivering quality service to resident.
