We understand the importance and the power of teamwork, on and off the pitch. That is why we work closely with our Federation partners and members, to inspire, support and guide every level of the game: from the grassroots to the National Teams. We want to bring soccer into every home and every community, right across America. Because we believe that soccer can transform lives like no other sport. Soccer can represent the best of U.S.
U.S. Soccer is in a period of significant growth, with ambitious plans for U.S. Soccer in the near and far future. We are, therefore, looking for dynamic servant leaders to join us on this journey: in service to soccer. Applicants must be able to demonstrate visionary leadership, analytical decision-making, professional flexibility, and an empathic management style that builds bold teams and delivers globally significant results.

Lead and support the delivery of National Team camps, ensuring all staff uphold and exemplify the standards of the U.S. Way.
Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of protocols, processes, and best practices across all Extended National Team camps.
Support Head Coaches in establishing, reinforcing, and implementing team culture and performance standards.
Lead the development of standardized onboarding documents and processes for players and coaches.
Support the Technical Development Manager and Head Coaches in the planning, execution, and evaluation of Performance Centers across all disciplines.
Assist in the delivery of national and regional player identification events in collaboration with Talent Identification and technical staff.
Partner with the Senior Manager of Operations to plan and execute Extended National Team events at the National Training Center, throughout the United States, and internationally.
Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to promote Extended National Team programs and support commercial partnership and sponsorship engagement opportunities.
Support the Senior Manager of Operations in the leadership, development, and management of operational staff.
Contribute to the strategic planning, growth, and execution of Extended National Team programs in alignment with Federation objectives.
Support Extended National Team leadership in budget development, fiscal planning, and effective resource management.
