5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and experience with start up/commissioning processes.
3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design and construction industry, including track design build processes and associated documents and agreement.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals
Knowledge of facility electrical and mechanical systems.
