The lead is responsible for designing, mapping, and optimizing business processes across the property insurance line, including underwriting, claims, and policy administration. They will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with strategic company objectives.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience in process architecture specifically within commercial property insurance. Candidates must be proficient in process documentation tools and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
The Property Process Architect Lead will be responsible for designing, mapping, and optimizing business processes for the property insurance line of business. Reporting to the Property COO, this highly visible role will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure all core processes—spanning underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer service—are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in process architecture within commercial property insurance and a proven track record of driving process transformation.
