The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures that turnkey sanitary process systems comply with regulatory, quality, and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle. This includes managing inspection test plans, conducting audits, and overseeing fabrication quality and validation readiness.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and 3-8+ years of QA/QC experience in sanitary and hygienic process systems. Proficiency in hygienic design, TIG welding inspection, and qualification standards (DQ/OQ/IQ) is essential.

Job Purpose or Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all turnkey sanitary process systems—design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning—comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and customer requirements. This role supports an entire project lifecycle, ensuring hygienic design standards, documentation integrity, and validation readiness for industries requiring strict sanitary and regulatory compliance.
