The Aquatics Manager leads daily operations, manages staff schedules, and ensures high-quality swim instruction and safety standards. They are also responsible for hiring, training, and building strong relationships with families.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of aquatics experience and previous leadership or management background. Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/First Aid, and Water Safety Instruction are required or must be obtainable.
